Here you can purchase in-game items for our client.

Please note:
All payments are processed and received via Tebex.
You will receive what you paid for when the payment comes through. This can take up to 10-15 minutes - if after this time your cosmetics have still not added to your account, then please reach out via email or make a support ticket in our Discord.
Prices on the webstore already include your local sales tax (such as VAT or GST), if any.
We do not transfer purchases between accounts under any circumstances.

Refund policy:
Since the items you receive when purchasing products on our webstore are Digital Intangible items, we maintain a strict no refund policy. This is as there is no good way to quantify usage of the item which makes evaluating any individual request impossible.
Executing a chargeback/dispute will result in your items being automatically removed and a subsequent blacklist from making future purchases on any other Tebex webstores.

Privacy policy:
We require your personal information to prevent fraud or abuse of our systems.
Your details will never be given to any individual, company or organization outside of Crystal Development without prior notification. In the case of a transfer of your information occurring, we will ensure it is kept as safe and secure as possible.
You will not receive spam of any sort to any contact information you supply, however we may contact you if we notice issues with your payment.
